Mr. Garrett Shoemaker

Mr. Shoemaker serves as the Director of the U.S. Army Communication-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC). SEC supports nearly 200 systems and programs in the modern digital environment, from Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) to logistics, business, and enterprise systems.

Mr. Ronald “Boomer” Rizzo is the current Deputy Executive Director of the United States Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC). He has served as the Deputy Executive Director since February 26, 2024.
